Hortech employs laser micro-etching to pattern on the PDMS surface. MicroLED crystals adhere to the bumpings created by the above micro-etching process and are then moved. Employing precision laser microtexturization / microstructuration on the surface helps create precision jigs. The laser can be employed to finish different materials to create patterns and develop new processes.
