The future trend: large display made of micron LED particles

Micron RGB particles are used to manufacture advanced display panels that actively emit light. These panels are seamlessly combined into large panels. Employing micron laser cutting can minimize the surrounding seams invisible to the naked eye. Hortech also employs laser etching to repair or product circuit patterns at the micron level. Micron laser drilling is also employed to produce interconnected plating through holes / vias at both sides to create circuits.

It has developed the triple wavelength laser combined machining system for a Singapore manufacturer in 2017. It produced different types of magnetic and optical scales with high accuracy for encoders and actuators since 2019.
